Emergency services are on scene.
Diverted traffic should follow #M5 north to J14 and then head back south to join #M4 west.
This incident is now clear, and the link road from the #M5 J16 northbound to the #M4 J20 westbound at #AlmondsburyInterchange is now OPEN.
A 50 minute delay remains on approach on the #M5 northbound but should now start to ease.
